" Dear GUY, I did just want to drop you a line as we move into this New Year expressing our appreciation for a job well done on our double glazing.
Whilst our existing windows were such a poor DIY job, it was good to have a professional on the job. We are pleased with the quality of the product but more with the finish of the job. Your fitters were so clean and the finish of the workmanship a delight to behold. We had had new light coloured carpets fitted and the decoration not long finished. The bathroom had been retiled also. Obviously the survey had to be accurate but the fitting was so good and perfectly finished none of our decorating was disturbed! As if we had not had windows fitted at all! All I can say is that the silicon finishes and seals are fabulous. Your fitters highly skilled and taking pride in their work.
In days when you hear stories of "rogue traders" we as householders are often reluctant to employ tradesmen having been stitched up before on poor workmanship and over pricing. However because you came highly recommended by a friend of ours not only was your product competitively priced, but it was installed when you promised and the the workmanship was beautifully executed.
